“Mindfulness Challenge 2016 – A Compassionate World” is a meditate-athon fundraiser to bring mindfulness therapy to the disadvantaged. It’s a 4-hour feast of mindfulness and compassion, designed for everyone from beginner to zen master.
Unplug
from your busy life and enter A Compassionate World.
Breathe
with hundreds of others, and be guided from meditation to yoga to mindful lunch and back again, all designed to get your compassion juices flowing and cultivate peace, joy and connection with yourself and others.
Do Good
by raising funds to provide proven mindfulness-based therapy to marginalized people who live with depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges.
