Holistic Teaching & Learning Conference – update

Dear colleague,

Preparations for our Holistic Teaching and Learning Conference are in full swing. The period for registering at the reduced rate of $180 will end at 11:59 pm on July 15th. After that, the regular registration rate will apply ($230).

The HTLC website has been recently updated and now includes: an outline of the 3- day program, a list of presenters, and information about a preconference opportunity to learn about core reflection.

More details about the program and about the presenters will be posted soon. We hope to have a complete schedule of the breakout session presentations (with over 50 to choose from) available by the end of the month.

The conference will begin Friday September 19, 2014 at 8 a.m. and conclude Sunday September 21 at 1 p.m. All conference activities are occurring on the campus of Southern Oregon University.

For those of you planning to arrive in Ashland before the conference begins Friday morning (or if you are already in the area), we will host a wine and cheese reception Thursday evening on the stately lawn of the historic Plunkett Center. All participants are invited. This will be one of many planned opportunities to connect with and get to know each other in a casual way. We hope you can be there!
